Reeda Kardinate lugu

ico About us

Reeda Kardinad & Disain is a family owned business with a long history, which has been run by three generations of enterprising women.

Why did we create this company? The answer is simple – we wanted to offer all Estonian people the opportunity to decorate their homes with custom-made window coverings and home textiles. We started putting our vision in action in 1992, and today, we are the oldest company in the Baltics specialised in the import, production and sale of window coverings and home textiles.

We started off quietly 29 years ago, with two sewing machines – mother Reet and daughter Kristel had to take on a role of a constructor, a seamstress and a designer. Very soon, the first talented seamstress Vaike joined our team. A few years later, seamstresses Anu and Ülle joined us, both of whom are still working for us today, more than twenty years later – unbelievable, isn’t it? The curtains decorating your home have all been made by these two and other very skillful seamstresses.

We started out in rather modest rooms where we could work with a small team only, but as the time passed we moved to larger facilities and grew our team. Today, our team consists of twelve wonderful members, all of whom work together to give your living and working space a new stylish look.

We use the collections of fabric manufacturers from all over the world for our curtains. The selection of fabrics ranges from Nordic minimalistic styles to truly extravagant ones, and we also offer technical solutions. All the fabrics in the salon have been carefully selected by our designers so that we can offer our customers stylish solutions and professionally made window coverings.
